NGA Case Management Central
NGA Case Management Central give employees a unified inbox so they can quickly check the status of their HR tickets and cases, without contacting the HR Service Center.
Case Management Central features secure connectivity, removing the need to share HR data via e-mail. This provides more efficient ticket routing and direct employee-to-agent collaboration. Case Management Central integrates with any back-end HR case management solution.

NGA HR Request Central
Do your managers call the service center to ask the status of their requests? NGA HR Request Central shows the status of HR workflows from all HR systems directly in SuccessFactors. Managers can view where in the process HR requests are, respond quickly to employees without having to contact the HR shared service center for status updates.
With the availability of online insights, your HR staff is relieved of administrative tasks, giving them additional time to focus on more strategic HR tasks.

NGA ID Sync
NGA ID Sync seamlessly and automatically integrates employee IDs between SuccessFactors and enterprise identity management systems. As such, it simplifies the first step of the new hire process by pre-populating employee data and accelerating the remaining HR administration activities related to the new hire process.

NGA HR Data Control Central
The NGA HR Data Control Central App moves HR data integration from an IT to a business procedure, making it more immediate and efficient. It simplifies the complex and time consuming integration required for HR processes across a heterogeneous landscape being different applications for Core HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits etc.
The app features pre-built Integration-as-a-Service for SAP SuccessFactors and significantly cuts integration development, maintenance and support costs.
HR Data Control Central is available directly from NGA HR.
HR Transfer is part of NGA HR’s powerful suite of HR Accelerators, developed to help SAP Consultants speed up implementation projects and to improve the efficiency of maintenance.
HR Transfer allows you to copy data from your Production system to any other system to ensure you’re testing on accurate information. Since production data is sensitive, the HR Transfer comes with scrambling routines to hide or anonymize information being transferred to a non-production system.
