NGA Case Management Central give employees a unified inbox so they can quickly check the status of their HR tickets and cases, without contacting the HR Service Center.
Case Management Central features secure connectivity, removing the need to share HR data via e-mail. This provides more efficient ticket routing and direct employee-to-agent collaboration. Case Management Central integrates with any back-end HR case management solution.

NGA HR Request Central
Do your managers call the service center to ask the status of their requests? NGA HR Request Central shows the status of HR workflows from all HR systems directly in SuccessFactors. Managers can view where in the process HR requests are, respond quickly to employees without having to contact the HR shared service center for status updates.

NGA ID Sync seamlessly and automatically integrates employee IDs between SuccessFactors and enterprise identity management systems.
