NGA Launches HR Cloud Accelerators to Simplify Deployment and Integration of SAP® SuccessFactors® HCM Suite

NGA Human Resources (NGA HR), a leading provider of payroll and HR services, today launched NGA HR Cloud Accelerators, a set of tools to help clients more quickly deploy and integrate human resources (HR) solutions in the cloud. NGA HR Cloud Accelerators simplify the implementation, configuration and integration of SAP® SuccessFactors® Employee Central, the next-generation core HR system from SuccessFactors, an SAP company.

The first set of NGA HR Cloud Accelerators consists of the following:

NGA HR Request Central
NGA HR Request Central runs on SAP HANA® Cloud Platform and gives employees direct visibility into the status of their HR requests and workflows. Employees know at all times where their HR requests are, which provides a better employee experience and removes the need to check for workflow status updates with the HR shared service center. Initial client implementations of the tracker show a 50 percent drop in status-related service center inquiries. NGA HR Request Central provides to employees a unique, single view of the status of HR transactions in organizations that have deployed both SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. NGA HR Request Central leverages the SAP Fiori® user experience and can be deployed in the cloud or on premise.

NGA Case Management Central
NGA Case Management Central runs on SAP HANA Cloud Platform and provides a unified employee inbox that integrates with HR case management solutions. In a single tile, this extension to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrates core HR functionality with HR case tools, enabling end-to-end visibility of HR tickets, case history, and collaboration to accelerate case resolution. It features secure connectivity, removing the need to share HR data via email, and facilitates faster ticket routing (to the right specialist), and direct employee-to-agent collaboration.

NGA Employee Central Fast Track
NGA Employee Central Fast Track is a rapid-deployment solution that provides an NGA-proprietary fast implementation methodology for deploying SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. It features a guided, step-by-step process that goes above and beyond the traditional blueprint approach. It also includes tried-and-tested HR business processes, a high-quality, low-risk implementation, fewer post go-live issues, faster implementation, and a predictable outcome and cost.

NGA Human Resources has a history of building valuable add-on tools for HR technologies, and has fully localized SAP ERP HCM payroll in ten countries. At the start of the century, NGA HR also pioneered HR Accelerators for SAP ERP HCM, designed to transfer HR data more securely (Transfer Tool), enable fast data searches (HR Query Tool) and simulate payroll changes on-the-fly (Payroll Simulator).
