Expands Strategic Partnership with Thomsons Online Benefits

March 25, 2015– NGA Human Resources (NGA HR), a global payroll and HR services leader, today announced its expanded partnership with SaaS global employee benefits solution provider, Thomsons Online Benefits. The new agreement will provide NGA Benefits clients in the Asia Pacific region with robust, cloud-based benefits administration and employee engagement solutions.

By marrying NGA’s deep HR expertise and capabilities with Thomsons’ award-winning Darwin™ platform, NGA will streamline clients’ HR processes and support their evolution to new technologies, while enabling them to better manage cost, mitigate risk, and enhance employee engagement overall.

Building on a successful partnership originating in the UK and delivered via NGA service centers in Malaysia, the new solution will securely and seamlessly integrate payroll and HR systems to provide a single source of real-time benefits data. With an intuitive and user-friendly interface, it allows employees to manage their benefit package or spending account online, via desktop, tablet or mobile, while keeping them informed and engaged.
