NGA Human Resources to provide HR-as-a-Service for SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions in the cloud

London, UK – NGA Human Resources today announced an official multi-year agreement with SAP (NYSE: SAP) to provide Business Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) services alongside the leading cloud-based SAP® SuccessFactors® HCM Suite"

NGA Human Resources will extend its current range of global payroll BPO solutions with a ready-to-use, subscription-based offering in the cloud, enabling companies to use SAP SuccessFactors solutions in a managed services environment.

NGA Human Resources will integrate SAP SuccessFactors solutions through a single vendor experience for services and support. The company will also provide, beside or within the BPaaS service application, migration, implementation, application management and support services.

This expanded cloud offering helps customers to provide their employees with a single UI for both HR and payroll, while eliminating the need for administrative and IT support through NGA Human Resources’ As-a-Service capabilities.
