NGA Human Resources Launches Online Payroll Maturity Assessment
Helps HR and Payroll Leaders Identify and Address Gaps in their Payroll Landscapes
September 3, 2015 (Jacksonville, FL) – In celebration of the upcoming National Payroll Week, NGA Human Resources is launching its Payroll Maturity Assessment, an online tool that provides HR and payroll leaders with a clear view of their organization’s payroll maturity, along with expert advice on how to take payroll to the next level.
The free assessment consists of 19 questions and takes approximately 10 minutes, providing respondents with a “red, yellow, green” dashboard throughout the process. Upon completion, respondents receive a radar chart and overall score out of 100, based on four key payroll criteria: technology, process, compliance, and business value. In addition, respondents receive a customized report with recommendations and steps for potential improvement.
