NGA Human Resources expands service delivery footprint in India

Global leadership visits Hyderabad and Kochi HR and Payroll service delivery centres

March 18, 2014 – Hyderabad – NGA Human Resources, a leader in Global HR & Payroll, announces the expansion of its HR and Payroll delivery capability in India.

In support of its global delivery strategy the  company expands its HR delivery centres in Hyderabad and Kochi in order to support local and regional operations and create additional capacity to service customers. The expansion will bring the Hyderabad service centre from 400 employees today to 500 by 2015. The Kochi centre has recently added 520 seats to its existing capacity, in addition to its capacity of 1,000.

With more than 15% of NGA global employees located in these two centres, India is a strategic location for NGA to help grow talent in HR and Payroll services. NGA India Operations were established in 2005. Hyderabad and Kochi are key strategic delivery centres for NGA’s Global Operations. The Kochi centre serves almost 4,000 clients (600,000 employees), every month. Both Hyderabad and Kochi locations have achieved ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001:2005 and CMMI Level 3 Accreditation.

Both centres play a vital role in delivering high-end services to global clients and enable NGA to capitalize on a sizeable English-speaking talent pool, to address the increasing demand for skilled talent in HR Technology, HR Consulting, and HR Services. NGA’s Kochi centre works with education partners such as NAIP, CIPP and APA for certification in India, UK, US and global payroll respectively. The teams in Hyderabad are certified in various HR solutions such as SAP HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, and PeopleSoft. The centres also have people certified in PMP, ITIL, ISTQB etc.

NGA’s Hyderabad centre has Management Development Programs and Emerging Leadership Program in place to groom aspiring leaders. Many managers in Hyderabad carry global responsibilities. The centre has a healthy women employee ratio of 23% which it plans to improve. Women employees are also encouraged to take up leadership positions.

The NGA India team is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility. The teams have undertaken various charity campaigns to support victims of typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. They have also made donations to a charitable blood bank and are partnering with schools to facilitate educational programs. They are also supporting orphaned children with AIDS. Kochi centre has recently inducted specially-abled employees as part of their workforce. Many of the employees actively participate in the projects by donating personal time and effort.
