NGA Human Resources appoints Mark Squiers as Senior Vice President of Global Operations

London, UK - March 11, 2014 — NGA Human Resources, a leading provider of global HR and payroll services, announced  the appointment of Mark Squiers as Senior Vice President of Global Operations. The appointment of Squiers is part of the company’s growth strategy and helps strengthen the company’s leadership and talent with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Based in London, Squiers will be responsible for managing NGA’s service delivery across 30+ delivery locations, 7 major global service hubs, and regional service delivery teams. Squiers joins NGA with more than 15 years’ experience in the business process outsourcing and human resources outsourcing industries. Prior to this role, Mark has held Global Operations executive roles with Exult, IBM, ACS and more recently, Xerox Corporation.
