NGA Human Resources Appoints Andy Monshaw as Global Sales Leader for Enterprise Segment

NGA Human Resources, a leading provider of global HR solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Andy Monshaw as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales. In this role, Monshaw will lead all aspects of sales, both globally and regionally, for NGA in the enterprise segment, which consists of companies with more than 15,000 employees.

Mr. Monshaw has spent more than 30 years in the information technology industry, and has held a number of high-profile, impactful leadership roles, including senior operating executive with the IBM Corporation. For the first 19 years of Monshaw’s career, he led the finance function for several IBM business units, including IBM’s global Systems and Technology Group (IBM's hardware business), where he was CFO.

For the last decade, Monshaw was also appointed General Manager for IBM Storage, Chief Operating Officer for IBM Japan, General Manager for IBM Global Mid-Market (Small and Medium business), and General Manager for IBM's converged infrastructure platform - PureFlex. During his tenure at IBM, Monshaw was also a member of IBM’s Board of Directors, and led several successful M&A projects in IBM’s Storage business.
