NGA HR is Pioneering HR Operations-As-a-Service According to HfS Research
NGA Human Resources in HfS HR Operations As-a-Service Blueprint 2016 “Winner’s Circle”
London, United Kingdom – NGA Human Resources, a leading provider of global HR solutions and services, has been highlighted as a driving force in the development and delivery of HR Operations as-a-service.
The 2016 HfS Blueprint: HR Operations as-a-Service research report, published by independent market analysts HfS Research, positions NGA in the “Winners Circle,” one of only five companies in the world seen to be making such a significant impact in the transformation of HR technology from rigid, on-premise infrastructure to a highly flexible “as-a-Service” HR platform.
NGA Human Resources is the only dedicated global HR and payroll specialist in the Winners Circle. According to the HfS Blueprint report, NGA HR:
- Has proven tactically excellent on delivering the minutiae of contracts.
- Has made extensive investments in making ResourceLink a plug and play platform as well extending its SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle HCM implementation capabilities.
- Is also aiming to further evolve into an as-A-Service provider through its ongoing development of automation initiatives.
People have changed and, therefore, so too must the way that businesses look to attract, retain and grow talent.
According to HfS, 50% of buyer organisations still use legacy on-premise HCM systems and so, by partnering with proven service providers, can now make the migration to the HR Cloud quickly and efficiently.
"A successful workforce is based on a clear exchange of performance versus reward. The digital HR processes, tools and services that NGA delivers provides the absolute visibility, management, analytics, and future insights that organisations need to make HR work well," explained Adel Al-Saleh, CEO, NGA Human Resources.
"By delivering HR Operations as-a-Service, we're making the evolution to Digital HR far easier and faster. We can have customers up and running with a fully operational Cloud infrastructure in 12 weeks. The ability to fast-track Digital HR success is set to drive huge performance and efficiency gains for organisations across the board, and the world. We're very excited to be spearheading this significant development in the HR industry has ever experienced,” continued Adel Al-Selah.
NGA Human Resources has already helped dozens of businesses and NGOs around the world make the move to HR Operations as-a-Service. Based on the successes of these migrations and its long-term HR technology and services experience, NGA HR has put in place a four step “NGA Digital HR Success” programme.
This controlled approach to moving to Digital HR has been designed to provide budget holders, and HR and IT teams with the knowledge, insight and support they need at every stage of their migration to Digital HR; from weighing the options and planning and building a business case, right through to employee engagement success - whether this migration is staged over several years or it is a complete transformation project.
NGA Human Resources was positioned alongside Accenture, an NGA partner, Xerox, Aon Hewitt, and ADP in the HfS Blueprint: HR Operations As-a-Service 2016 Winner’s Circle.
