Alight | NGA HR to provide enhancements to HR systems. This ensures DPD’s people processes support the needs of its rapidly growing business.
DPD Group, the parcel delivery company is working with Alight | NGA Human Resources to implement the latest HR systems and processes. This includes SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral and Onboarding.
The HR team at DPD selected Alight | NGA HR to lead the organisation’s conversion to the latest digital HR. In addition to helping develop HR systems and processes. This includes the opportunity to add modules as the needs of the business continue to shift.
Once implemented, managers and employees will enjoy consumer-centric mobile access to HR systems. This will encourage greater employee engagement as a result. It will also provide a vital, single source of HR data.
Once analysed, this workforce intelligence can be presented using the advanced reporting tools. Consequently, the organisation can make more strategic people management and business planning decisions.
“Alight | NGA HR is proving to be the perfect HR transformation partner. Before making any suggestions, the team took time to understand our challenges and opportunities,” explained Sharon Hughes People & Talent Director at DPD Group.
DPD faced the challenge of keeping pace with the rapid growth of the organisation. And how HR systems and processes can support its objectives. DPD’s HR systems and processes therefore need to be scalable, flexible and easily accessed.
“We’re confident that once the new HR systems and processes are in place, we’ll have the platform we need to achieve our ambitious workforce efficiency KPIs. These are set as part of the wider company growth,” continued Sharon Hughes of DPD Group.
“Like many organisations, DPD has a complex workforce. The HR system gives DPD the visibility to understand its workforce at a granular level.” explained Joanne Cooke who is leading the DPD Group HR transformation project at Alight | NGA Human Resources.
“The SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral modules are intuitive and easy to use. The mobile the self-service element also encourages employees to use it and to engage with the business. Other clients that have followed similar HR transformation report great successes,” continued Joanne Cooke of Alight | NGA HR.
