Alliance to increase efficiencies and cost savings for enterprises managing complex global payroll, time and attendance, HR processes

London, UK; Chicago, IL. NGA Human Resources, a leading global provider of HR and payroll solutions, and Kronos Incorporated, the global leader in delivering workforce management solutions in the cloud, today announced a global alliance to deliver a new integrated cloud solution for payroll, time and attendance, and HR administration – NGA Time Powered by Kronos.

NGA Time Powered by Kronos combines the global and local payroll, time expertise, and global delivery network of NGA Human Resources, with the engagement, cost control, productivity, and compliance capabilities of the Kronos Workforce Central suite.

NGA Time Powered by Kronos is a long-awaited cloud global solution. It has already been selected for use by Keysight Technologies Inc., the world’s leading electronic measurement company.

Gloria Estrada, Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Keysight Technologies said: “Keysight is looking forward to implementing a world-class payroll and time and attendance platform using technology from NGA HR and Kronos. We will be using their solutions throughout the Keysight Americas region.”

Mollie Lombardi, cofounder and CEO, Aptitude Research Partners said: “Managing the growing complexity and regulation around how time is tracked and reported, as well as the growing challenge of delivering global payroll, are very real concerns for many organizations. Accurate, effective, and engaging solutions to manage the workforce and manage payroll are critical, not only to business operations, but for employee engagement, and require deep expertise.

“It is exciting to see these two organizations, with such a strong history and experience in these two highly interdependent processes, coming together to meet the needs of clients and their employees,” concluded Mollie Lombardi of independent research-based analyst and advisory firm, Aptitude Research Partners.

The NGA Human Resources / Kronos alliance outlined

Under the terms of the alliance, NGA HR will deploy, operate, and manage Kronos Workforce Central as part of a fully integrated global Business Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solution. This will include managed time services (i.e. time administration support) and comprehensive time services (i.e. employee service center support and time administration).

The alliance will also allow NGA HR to resell Kronos Workforce Central directly to large enterprise customers with global workforces dispersed across multiple locations, in a variety of regions.

This will simplify the selection and deployment process for customers seeking a one vendor governance model, because they will have the best combined components delivered and billed as a single solution.

“NGA Time Powered by Kronos will deliver an unparalleled global workforce management solution, and from a single vendor,” explained Adel Al-Saleh, CEO, NGA Human Resources.

“The alliance between NGA Human Resources and Kronos is the only fully integrated cloud offering of its kind. It will drive standardized efficiencies and cost savings for enterprise organizations around the globe by unifying their payroll, time and attendance. This is vital for organizations that want to compete effectively in the world market,” continued Adel Al-Saleh of NGA Human Resources.

“As the global leader in delivering workforce management solutions in the cloud for high-performing organizations, tens of thousands of customers look to Kronos for help overcoming the challenges of operating a multinational workforce,” said Aron Ain, CEO, Kronos.

“This strategic alliance will allow NGA HR to further extend the reach of Kronos workforce solutions around the world to control labor costs, improve productivity, manage compliance risk, and engage employees while providing a seamless employee experience for NGA HR customers,” continued Ain of Kronos.
