In the past 24 months, the business has seen steady high single-digit growth across the globe and, as the only pure-play HR specialist, we have earned our reputation for delivering quality, trusted solutions to the thousands of businesses and organisations we support worldwide. In the past year, both NGA and our clients have received more industry recognition than ever before, from the likes of Gartner, IDC, NelsonHall, Everest, Horses for Sources (HfS), WebsterBuchanan, SAP and the HROA.
Whilst this a fantastic achievement, I want us to continue bringing innovation to the HR services space at an aggressive pace . Our company is equipped with over 8,500 talented individuals who have dedicated HR consulting, HR outsourcing and HR technology expertise. We also have the largest global SAP Human Capital Management consultancy with 2,000 of our employees dedicated to providing expert advice on implementing HR processes and technology – whether OnDemand, OnPremise, or in a hybrid mode.
To take the business forward, the opportunity I see ahead is in bringing together this expertise to offer our customers a truly flexible and far-reaching HR solution, integrating infrastructure, application, and service, in a pay-by-the-drink model. This combined offering of Business Process Outsourcing and Software as a Service is something we are describing as Business Process as a Service [BPaaS] and, for me, it has the potential to be just as significant a step-change to BPO as the emergence of Cloud was to the OnPremise software industry all those years ago.
The promise of BPaaS is straightforward: BPaaS makes BPO easier to consume, faster to deploy, and easier to adopt than ever before. It incorporates Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and SaaS as well as having all the existing benefits of outsourced HR processes, offered through BPO. BPaaS offers standardized yet highly configurable HR services, allowing organizations to standardize transactional HR processes globally, and as such shed off the burden of HR administration and focus on value creation through HR. HR transformation revisited, indeed, but this time with a solid technology and process underpinning.
BPaaS today is already a fundamental part of our business, with our euHReka, Preceda and MoorepayHR platforms, and customers such as Securex – serving over 300,000 employees – and AstraZeneca – serving over 60,000 – are the living proof of the promise of BPaaS.
