Putting Service into SaaS, with Employee Central
At NGA we’ve been passionate about moving HR to the cloud since 2005, when we first pioneered euHReka and brought multi-tenancy to SAP HCM. 10 years onwards we’re building on that expertise leveraging all leading cloud-based HCM platforms including SuccessFactors and Workday.
At SuccessConnect Europe this week, we’re reiterating our continued focus on SuccessFactors in general and our ambitions around Employee Central (EC) in particular. In doing so, we are going above and beyond implementing and maintaining EC, pioneering what’s probably the widest portfolio of EC solutions in the market. With over 1,000 HCM projects delivered globally and a talent pool of 1,500 highly skilled HCM experts, we are trusted to deliver.
As SAP begins to focus on EC, we are accelerating our commitment to Successfactors, and are leading 10% of all live EC implementations and 30% of all EC Cloud Payroll projects to date (including the first deployments in North America and Europe). We’re expecting that number to go up quickly in the months to come.
In addition, many of our clients are taking advantage of NGA ongoing support services, around release management, testing, interface control, etc., in particular for hybrid Talent; EC, payroll and core HR As a result we offer a range of Cloud Application Management solutions to help bridge multiple releases a year. We’re also working with clients to enrich EC and hybrid with Cloud Extensions. Our Workflow Monitoring tool for example reduces demand on your HR Service Desk and offers visibility to entire HR Process flow including audit trails.
Another thing we’re pretty passionate about is putting Service (back) into SaaS, for both Employee Central and Employee Central Cloud Payroll. Leveraging our Payroll Exchange platform and Certified Packaged Integration into EC, we now offer Managed Payroll services in 145 countries, integrated with EC. In addition, employees and managers can take advantage of NGA’s EC-enabled HR services, including HR service center access through NGA’s 7 global service centers, for enquiries, extended administration and end user support.
This extended EC portfolio offers our clients a journey, from HR process design leading to implementation and maintenance, all the way to unified global HR & payroll services - built in the cloud and supported locally - in 140 countries - on the ground.
