Pay Optimism Survey 2015
In 2012, NGA Human Resources performed the first survey into Pay and Benefits. At the time of the survey, the world was dealing with the aftermath of the financial crisis, and Pay Optimism was not very high. Salaries and wages account for one of the largest company cost, and are thus often scrutinized in relation to the company’s viability.
Three years later, with many countries moving to (modest) growth we want to understand what that means for an employees' Pay and Benefits. Do better company results lead to increases in Pay and Benefits or are austerity measures still in effect and have better results not translated in salary increases? Have companies introduced alternative packages with emphasis on learning, development and career outlook?
We would like to find out and invite you to participate in a short survey at http://my.ngahr.com/pay-optimism-survey
By spending 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire, you have a chance to win an Apple Watch. Also, all participants will receive a copy of the survey report, available in November 2015.
