Pamela Lachaussie is a Payroll Operations Manager for NGA Human Resources, a leading provider of payroll and HR services and software. She has been involved with payroll, accounting, and compliance issues for more than 30 years as she served in the capacities of teacher, manager or executive director in the education, hospital, relocation and payroll service industries. Pamela has been a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) since 2008, when she received her CPP certification. She has recently accepted a position as Adjunct Professor for the Florida State College of Jacksonville, teaching payroll and accounting courses.On a regional level, Pamela joined the Jacksonville Chapter of the APA in 2011 and was nominated to the Vice President Chapter Board position (2012 & 2013). She has also served as President (2014 & 2015) as well as Chairperson for the 2014 Florida Statewide Conference. In keeping with her goal to encourage payroll professional growth, she has served as Study Group Coordinator since 2012 for the Jacksonville Chapter.
