Our people make us who we are.

Our employees have a diverse set of skills and experience each one bringing a unique insight into our products, services and markets. This is part of what makes us who we are.

There are, however, core skills and competencies which we have a constant requirements for so, if you don’t see your particular specialism below take a look at our current vacancies and see what else is available. We have roles in several domains:

SAP HCM
Many of our global products are use SAP HCM so experience and knowledge of all aspects of SAP HCM are valuable throughout NGA. In nearly all countries and regions

Java
Expertise with Java are utilised for certain suites of our products including ResourceLink . Development work with Java happens dominantly in our global and local delivery centres but many of our roles require familiarity with Java.

Customer Service
Whilst we design, develop and deliver products we are provide a service both to our external customers and our colleagues internally. There are many roles that provide pivotal advice, support and guidance to our customers and employees and so customer service skills including relationship building, strong oral and written communication and telephony skills are highly valuable to us.

Selling
It goes without saying that as we sell solutions to our customers we are always interested in people who have a strong sales track record. Our provision of HR products and services requires strong relationship management skills and an ability to sell solutions and in particular solutions which are likely to involve our clients undertaking both structural and behavioural changes in their organisation. As a result we are passionate about selling in a way the sets the foundations for a long-term relationship with our customers. In short no sharks need apply!

HR and Payroll
We pride ourselves on our subject matter expertise in all areas of HR and payroll. Whilst the systems expertise may vary HR and payroll skills are always in demand – no matter where you live. Being an outsourced provide of HR and payroll takes a particular kind of professional, especially when delivering day to day on a clients site. Not only are you responsible for the front line delivery of our services but are representing NGA with our clients every day… no pressure then!
