NGA Human Resources Extends Application Management with Full Range of Cloud Support Services

NGA Human Resources (NGA HR), a leading provider of payroll and HR services, today introduced NGA Cloud Support Services, specifically designed to help ensure HR leaders can take advantage of new features and enhancements of HR solutions in the cloud and to help manage technical integrations and interfaces.

NGA Cloud Support Services extends the NGA Application Management Services portfolio, which currently supports the HR systems of more than 100 organizations and 1.6 million employees worldwide. NGA HR made the announcement at SuccessConnect Europe, the annual European customer event being held Nov. 9-11 in Rome by SuccessFactors®, an SAP® company.

With NGA Cloud Support Services, clients can maximize the benefits they gain from innovative HR solutions in the cloud while meeting the need to keep up with quarterly solution release cycles, compliance requirements, and technical integrations. The services help keep systems current, and can drive optimal performance and continuous improvement by helping companies effectively and efficiently deploy, upgrade, test and maintain their cloud-based systems post implementation.

NGA Cloud Support Services consists of NGA Employee Central Health Check, NGA Cloud Application Management, and NGA Cloud Advantage.

NGA Employee Central Health Check
NGA Employee Central Health Check helps clients who are currently using the SAP® SuccessFactors® Employee Central solution take advantage of its most recent features and upgrade their core HR application to the latest release in the event they have skipped one or more release cycles. NGA Employee Central Health Check evaluates a client’s current configuration and identifies critical areas where enhancements can be achieved by enabling features and functionality available in the most recent release. The service consists of a three-step approach that includes a quick online survey, a consultant-led workshop, and a rapid configuration project.

NGA Cloud Application Management
The NGA Cloud Application Management service provides expert resources who have a deep understanding of HR and IT processes and who help clients manage frequent software releases, expand functionality, and ensure daily application maintenance through ongoing services. NGA Cloud Application Management helps ensure an HCM landscape is accurate, efficient and up-to-date via services such as data management, user support, security management, configuration changes, testing, and release management.

NGA Cloud Advantage
NGA Cloud Advantage provides clients with strategic guidance on how to maximize the value they gain from their investments and make critical decisions to ensure a strong, effective journey to HR solutions in the cloud.
