IDC MarketScape names NGA as a leader in the comprehensive HR BPO marketplace
NorthgateArinso (NGA), the leading global provider of HR systems and services, has been positioned in the leaders square in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide HR BPO 2011 Vendor Analysis. NGA was assessed and included in the report, based on the strength of its HR solutions, affordability and global expansion.
In the report, IDC identified NGA as a market leader, which offers global HR services via its proprietary system ResourceLink and the euHReka platform, powered by SAP, to businesses of all sizes. NGA has roughly 1,5 million client employees under its HR BPO management.
The analysis highlighted the recent Convergys HRM division acquisition, which resulted in a number of very large and high-profile multinational clients on a variety of platforms including SAP, and increased NGA’s foothold in the US market.

IDC’s 2011 MarketScape report evaluated the offerings and prospects of 10 global HR BPO vendors based on detailed criteria that IDC identifies as key factors contributing to vendor success. The results are based on both quantitative and qualitative characteristics that determine each service provider’s current capabilities and future strategies.
