Both Suites are designed to increase implementation speed, compliance levels, performance, and reporting capabilities in SAP HCM.
HR Accelerators - Implementation Suite
The Implementation Suite helps you test data and scenarios to ensure your HCM system is performing as it should. It significantly reduces the time spent on transferring and testing data when implementing SAP HCM. The Implementation Suite consists of:
- HR Transfer: The HR Transfer tool gives you the opportunity to carry out systems tests or populate training systems with information which is always accurate. Upgrading from one SAP HCM version to another or from one client to another becomes a breeze as HR Transfer allows you to handle sensitive HR data with ease.
- HR Checker: Whether you're in the middle of implementing SAP Payroll or you're just wanting to check the impact of a legal change, you want to make sure your payslips are correct at any time. With HR Checker you can transparently compare various systems and check for inconsistencies. Even checking your new payroll setup with previous payroll calculations after applying changes in the setup is possible.
HR Accelerators - Operations Suite
The Operations Suite helps you simplify SAP HCM reporting and compliance, and facilitates maintenance tasks.
- HR Query: Great HR management requires great HCM reporting. The HR Query allows you to easily launch queries in SAP HCM and get results in seconds.
- HR Data Control: Managing employee data in SAP HCM & organizing your HR tasks with zero errors is critical. The HR Data Control toolset checks, corrects and reports on data before running critical processes such as payrol and yearly employee evaluations, helping you detect issues before they impact critical processes in SAP HCM.
- Career History: The Career History tool provides a complete overview of the career path of your employees, extending SAP HCM's data model with a highly usable infotype which stores with the additional employee career history you need.
